Leading engineering
at Wisetail

I lead a team of six developers at Wisetail. My work includes three mobile app launches, leading the Drive feature team and launching a new Drive mobile app, and delivering a rewrite of Drive for iOS to clients with no downtime.

I've also brought our frontend applications into one repository and established a shared frontend architecture. I'm now beginning to lead our unified platform initiative, extending that work across the product.

At Figure, I restructured the customer service portal into an Nx monorepo and worked across teams to turn complex financial data into usable interfaces, including work on the first Bitcoin HELOC product.

A little about me

I earned my master's in architecture at Montana State University before moving into software. I still enjoy the same part of the work: figuring out how things fit together and how people will use them.

I've spent more than a decade working in frontend and cross-platform mobile development. These days, that means working closely with designers and engineers, making technical decisions, and helping a team deliver.

My wife and I live in Bozeman with our four children. Before Montana, we called Colorado and Hawaii home.
